Virtual Mental Health Workshops
Connect and Learn
Our online workshops will be offered virtually so we can be as accessible as possible to all who want to learn in our community. Each workshop will last approximately 45-60 minutes. In order to participate in our workshops all you need to do is register when you ereceive an invitation in your email inbox. Please see below some of the workshops we will be hosting this year, this is a providional time table and there may be changes.

This is a workshop to help you get a better under- standing of knowing what you are experiencing while you are experiencing it. This workshop is about having kindness and understanding towards yourself during this time of uncertainty due to the pandemic along with other events and having to make personal adjustments as a result.

Stress and Coping During This Time of Uncertainty
Attending college during uncertain times in our country and world presents unique challenges. Please join us in discussing ways to cope with challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the upcoming election, and racial injustice. We will cover topics related to managing or reducing stress, increasing self-care, staying connected in a highly virtual world, dealing with change, and practicing mindfulness.
